Field Service Engineer

Job Description 岗位职责 • 负责指定区域 High-end LCMS 产品的现场安装、操作培训、维修维护等工作，包括但不限于高效液相、三重四极杆、飞行时间、淌度等相关的硬件及相应的软件等； • 及时解决客户问题，确保用户满意度，维护良好用户关系； • 与其他部门同事协作，完成客户的各项售后服务和支持项目； • 按照公司流程有效的完成其他各项工作。 Qualifications 任职要求 • 化学、药学、食品、环境、生物学等相关专业本科及以上学历； • 至少 1 年以上 LC 或 LCMS 操作使用经历，深入了解相关的仪器工作原理和日常维护操作，有维修维护等工作经验的优先； • 有应用和方法开发经验者优先； • 喜欢技术钻研，动手能力强，对售后服务工作有兴趣； • 具有优秀的口头表达和交流沟通能力； • 具有良好的英文读写和一定的听说能力； 能适应高频次的出差节奏 Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.
