Description In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring patients and healthcare providers have access to the durable medical equipment they need to support recovery and improve outcomes. You’ll work directly with hospitals, urgent care centers, physician offices, and patients while building valuable relationships across the healthcare continuum. What You’ll Do Patient Care & Education Deliver and set up durable medical equipment (DME) in hospitals, clinics, and patient homes Educate patients on the proper use and care of medical equipment Perform patient brace fittings and Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) machine set-ups Provide exceptional service and support to patients and caregivers Delivery & Logistics Coordinate equipment deliveries with nursing staff, physicians, and clinical teams Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to healthcare facilities and patients Troubleshoot delivery issues and equipment concerns professionally and efficiently Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines Obtain required signatures and complete all delivery paperwork Assist with routine billing inquiries and administrative processes Inventory Management Receive, stock, and organize inventory Participate in inventory control activities and maintain accurate product records Ensure equipment availability and communicate supply needs proactively What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Background in healthcare, medical equipment, rehabilitation, athletic training, or patient care Kinesiology education or related coursework preferred Experience interacting with healthcare professionals and patients Why Join Our Team? ✔ Competitive Compensation – $45,000 annually ✔ Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits ✔ Company Vehicle and Gas Card ✔ Company Cell Phone and Computer ✔ Opportunity to work directly with patients and healthcare providers ✔ Career growth within a fast-growing healthcare organization ✔ Meaningful work that positively impacts patient recovery and quality of life Join Us If you’re looking for a rewarding career where you can combine service, healthcare, and relationship-building while making a real difference in patients’ lives, we’d love to hear from you.
