What You'll Do Perform appliance servicing, break fix, and installations for gaming equipment. Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring adequate stock levels for service requirements. Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving client concerns promptly. Conduct routine maintenance checks to guarantee flawless operation of equipment. Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues. Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs and installations. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Provide training and support to clients on equipment usage and maintenance. Take part in weekend on-call rotations to handle urgent service requests. Travel to various client locations as needed to perform service tasks. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to determine service needs. Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery and client happiness. What We're Looking For Full New Zealand driver's license is strictly required. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service. Technical background in appliance servicing and installations is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Outstanding time management and organizational abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Open to taking part in weekend on-call rotations. Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus. Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies.
