🎯 The Role
We are seeking a skilled Field Specialist to support field operations, customer projects, technical activities, and operational improvements across the Netherlands.
The successful candidate will work directly with customers, operational teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality field services, troubleshoot issues, collect operational insights, and ensure successful project execution.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in field operations, technical services, equipment support, customer solutions, inspections, or operational management.
🚀 What You'll Do
- Perform field activities, inspections, assessments, and operational support tasks
- Provide technical assistance and problem-solving support at customer sites
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, service, and project teams
- Install, maintain, test, or support products, systems, or equipment (where applicable)
- Identify operational issues and recommend improvement solutions
- Collect field data, prepare reports, and document findings
- Support customer onboarding, training, and technical guidance
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction
- Assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives based on field feedback
- Travel to customer locations across the Netherlands when required

- Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in:

- 2–5 years of experience in field operations, technical support, service delivery, or customer-facing roles

- Ability to work independently in field environments

- Practical mindset with strong attention to safety and quality
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Driving license preferred
- Fluent English required; Dutch language skills are an advantage
