Field Training Lead - Market Access & Reimbursement

Job Title: Field Training Lead - Market Access & Reimbursement Position Type: Contract Location: Remote Salary Range / Rate: $80-$110/hr Job Description: Responsiblities: Deliver foundational and advanced training programs tailored to MA&R and Key Account Management field teams. Elevate specialized capabilities across commercial teams, focusing on access, reimbursement, and advanced account management effectiveness. Lead execution of large group and targeted training sessions with support from senior training managers. Apply business knowledge to define learning priorities in partnership with stakeholders. Drive implementation of scalable learning experiences supporting field execution goals. Ensure training aligns with commercialization strategy and evolving payer/access needs. Collaborate with US Commercial Learning and cross-functional teams to align training plans with product timelines and access milestones. Ensure consistency across global commercial learning initiatives and integrate access-focused training priorities. Assess field needs and translate them into actionable training solutions. Serve as the key point of contact for training coordination, agency communication, and stakeholder alignment. Support organizational performance through improved leadership, coaching, and executional excellence. Manage training delivery timelines and ensure adherence to internal standards and SOPs. Oversee training logistics and support broader learning operations, including diversity and inclusion initiatives where relevant. Facilitate at least one in-person training session during the contract period. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in training roles within pharma/biotech. 7–10 years of commercial industry experience, preferably in Market Access, Payer, or Key Account Management. Experience in training delivery, strategic learning execution, and launch readiness. Strong stakeholder management and ability to work within matrixed organizations. Excellent communication and executive presence. Ability to lead through change and ambiguity. Bachelor’s degree required. Proffered skills: MBA preferred. Experience in rare disease or specialty therapeutic areas. Familiarity with Field Access Portals or related market access systems.
