Role Description
The Financial Services Associate role is a full-time position open to job seekers, sales professionals, marketing talent, and anyone looking to transition into a more profitable and rewarding career. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with clients, presenting financial and insurance solutions, developing marketing strategies to grow a client base, and contributing to team growth and business development. The role involves collaborating with mentors and fellow team members, learning the fundamentals of financial planning and insurance, and refining your approach based on coaching and feedback. You will prepare client presentations, track your progress toward goals, and ensure that all work aligns with Executive Finances' standards and values. Regular training sessions, organized communication, and consistent follow-through are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an asset, but not required — full training provided.
- Ability to think strategically about business growth and long-term client relationships.
- A drive to learn financial concepts and translate them into practical guidance for clients.
- Comfort with flexible or remote work, including reliable time management, self-organization, and clear communication.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and respond constructively to feedback and coaching.
- Familiarity with digital tools for communication, presentations, or social media (e.g., Canva, LinkedIn, CRM software) is beneficial.
