We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) to support our Finance & Accounting team in the day-to-day management of our financial processes and contribute to the continuous development and digitalisation of our finance operations. This role is ideal for a finance professional with experience in accounting who enjoys working in a structured, technology-driven environment and is eager to contribute to the further development of our processes. Key responsibilities: Support the preparation of accounting records and transactions in DATEV Unternehmen Online. Review and process employee travel expenses. Support the Finance & Accounting team in day-to-day activities. Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of our finance processes. Act as a point of contact for management and other departments on accounting-related matters, including in English. Your profile: Initial professional experience in preparatory accounting is an advantage. Completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax clerk, accountant, or comparable qualification. Confident working with DATEV Unternehmen Online. Strong affinity for IT and an interest in helping shape and further develop digital processes. Good level of German and English (written and spoken) in an international enviroment. Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel. Careful, structured, and independent way of working. High level of discretion when handling confidential and financially sensitive data. Strong team player with good communication skills. Working Hours & Work Model: The 20 hours per week can be arranged flexibly . Ideally, you will work from our Munich office two days per week.
