Location: Hybrid - Port City, Colombo, Sri Lanka Salary: Competitive + Benefits Working Hours: 1.30 PM - 10.00 PM IST (According to UK hours) How will you make an impact in this role? The Role: Trust Payments is looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team. Working closely with the Management Accountants, this role is central to ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and delivered in line with finance deadlines, contributing to both daily and monthly finance operations. What We Expect of You, Day To Day: Cash book postings for the group Reconciliation of postings against bank statements Preparation of prepaid card files for cardholders across the group; verifying receipts against transactions and posting monthly journals to the ledger Purchase ledger invoice posting Preparation of small entity management accounts and month-end contributions Revenue posting and reconciliation Collaborating with Management Accountants on audit requests for relevant companies Additional ad hoc tasks as directed by Management Accountants or the Finance Manager Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of exposure in a similar finance role (advantageous) AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualification (desirable) Collaborative working style with the ability to contribute effectively within a team Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines We offer comprehensive benefits to support our team members and their families' well-being.
