Job Description Talent Pool – Technology Department (Project‑Based Contract - Sri Lanka) Type B Digital is building a roster of Sri Lankan based professionals for upcoming projects. This is not immediate hiring , we’re collecting CVs from candidates open to project‑based contracts with a minimum duration of 3–6 months, with the possibility of longer engagements depending on project scope and client needs. These roles may also transition into full‑time positions based on performance. This is open to only candidates based in Sri Lanka. Roles in the Talent Pool Senior Full Stack Developer – 5+ years of experience across front‑end and back‑end technologies. Senior Backend Developer – 5+ years of experience in API design, databases, and server‑side systems. Senior QA Engineer – 4+ years of experience in manual and automated testing, quality assurance processes.
