We’re looking for a Finance Associate to join our team. The Finance Associate will play a key role in supporting the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Finance Associate will have wide exposure to global accounting operations in a fast-paced and dynamic work Responsibilities • Accurately processing vendor invoices and recording bank payments in a timely manner • Setting up new vendors in Netsuite after completed vendor forms are received • Reviewing and processing employee expense reports in SAP Concur • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and approval processes • Performing account and statement reconciliations to ensure balances are accurate • Monitoring the shared mailbox and corresponding with vendors as needed • Assist in preparing sales tax filings • Other ad hoc duties as required Requirements • 2-4 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable/Receivable experience • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail • Organizational skills; ability to manage a large volume of transactions • Self motivated and driven, adapts quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment • Team player with strong communication skills • Systems experience including advanced Excel skills • Experience with Netsuite and SAP Concur preferred • Experience with sales taxes (Canada, US, UK) would be an asset WHY CYDERES?
