Finance Business Partner

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who will work closely with our Operations leadership and help improve how our fulfillment centers perform — financially and operationally. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys business partnering, analysis, challenging the status quo and turning numbers into action. Why this role is exciting You’ll be the financial partner for our warehouse operations — close to the business, not far from it. Your work will directly impact efficiency, labour productivity, cost structure and operational decision-making. You’ll work across Finance and Operations, helping turn financial insight into real change on the floor. You’ll get involved in budgeting, planning, business cases, audits and improvement projects — not just monthly reporting. What you’ll do As Finance Business Partner , you’ll support our fulfillment center operations with analysis, business insight and financial challenge. You will: Act as a true Finance Business Partner to Operations leadership Support warehouse operations with analysis, recommendations and decision-making support Help maximise warehouse efficiency by improving both labour performance and non-labour cost structures Challenge existing ways of working and suggest better, smarter and more efficient solutions Identify risks, inefficiencies and gaps in processes — and help implement improvements Build business cases, ad-hoc analyses and deep dives that support operational and strategic decisions Participate in monthly financial statements, budgeting, operational planning and external audit Work on cross-functional projects and support development of internal systems Collaborate closely with other Finance team members and business units Help ensure that operational improvements are reflected in the bottom line What we’re looking for Experience as a Senior Controller or Finance Business Partner Strong track record of working with non-finance teams and supporting them with analysis and business insight Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with complex data Good understanding of business economics and basic accounting Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookup/search functions, etc.) Practical experience with AI tools and their effective use in day-to-day work is a plus High level of ownership, independence and reliability Curiosity, learning mindset and willingness to explore new areas Fluent Czech/Slovak and English at least B2 level What’s in it for you Fair reward - You’ll get a strong fixed salary — no bonus games, no politics.
