Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to partner with Country Managers and their extended team leads to provide financial leadership, guidance, and governance. Support the Regional Finance Director - APAC to drive the business stream from a financial value creation perspective. This role is a senior role of the FOOD APAC finance team as well as the wider FOOD finance team. The purpose of our finance department is to add value to TOMRA by delivering high quality, accurate financial results and information to internal stakeholders and proactively partner with other finance team members in pursuit of business goals. Primary Job Functions: Play a key role in driving performance and implementing finance and accounting policies and processes Ensure performance reporting and measurement against financial targets are regularly shared with relevant internal stakeholders Review and share detailed project and service revenue and margin recognition reporting and analysis on a timely (intra-month) basis for the FOOD Group Drive the forecasting, tracking, and monitoring of Order intake and order backlog daily/weekly/monthly. Close participation with sales and service organisations required Support S&OP and Finance Forecasting with Revenue forecasting Meet monthly and annual reporting deadlines, providing relevant and insightful information that supports and tells the story behind our performance (actual and forecast) Actively participate in the development and implementation of finance related projects that aim to improve and enhance finance information and processes Collaborate with Sales, Service and Finance to develops a credit strategy that supports the achievement of business goals including key principles in the development of the organisation's credit policies Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making Support the finance function as required Deliver service excellence by implementing services standards and best practices Meet reporting deadlines, providing relevant and insightful information that supports and tells the story behind our performance (actual and forecast) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Work to a high standard, striving for excellent customer service and always look for ways to do things better Treating the business as a customer, setting expectations, and ensuring customer delight. Perform regular audits of performance against customer needs and expectations, and adjust style and activities accordingly Delivers to the requirements of and manages expectations of stakeholders Actively participate in the development and implementation of finance related projects that aim to improve and enhance finance information and processes You'll Bring: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or Business CA/CPA qualification preferred Proven 10 years plus experience in a relevant accounting, finance, or commercial role Proven experience in growing services revenue and margin Experience in business modelling and analysis Experience in a finance function in planning & forecasting, reporting & analysis Experience leading change Experience with Tier 1 or 2 ERP systems Experience with planning systems and BI/cube-based reporting tools Relevant industry experience preferred Ability to travel up to 5% of the time Ability to work in an open office environment as well as industrial customer worksites Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams to achieve success. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level, both verbally and in writing. Strong organizational and time management skills. Highly self-motivated with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team, and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
