- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior operational stakeholders, providing both challenge and support.
- Build strong relationships across the wider business and influence decision-making through clear financial analysis.
- Support wider group budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting and financial processes.
- Help improve financial understanding across operational teams through coaching and guidance.

You'll ideally have experience within:

- The confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- The ability to translate complex financial information into clear, commercial insight.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Experience with Power BI, ERP systems or wider reporting tools would be advantageous but isn't essential.
