ABOUT THE ROLE

Can you turn a whole group's financial data into company-wide reporting that leadership actually uses to make decisions? And can you then switch hats and push a cross-team project forward when it stalls?

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our finance team as a right-hand to the Finance Lead. You'll split your time evenly between operational reporting and strategic project work across our multi-entity group (UAE, UK, Lithuania, Panama).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

50% Reporting & Analysis

• Own monthly cash flow, P&L reporting across 5+ entities;
• Build and maintain product margin analysis;
• Develop and automate reporting processes;
• Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements.

50% Project Work

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects (billing systems review, entity setup, compliance initiatives);
• Track project progress, identify blockers, and escalate to the relevant teams;
• Work with IT, legal, and operations teams on complex initiatives;
• Own project documentation and stakeholder communication;
• Over time, identify and propose new projects that improve finance operations.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Experience: 3-5+ years of finance operations experience, with proven reporting and financial analysis skills;
• Project coordination: Project coordination or management experience;
• Audit & compliance: Understanding of audit processes and compliance;
• Spreadsheets: Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel, data analysis);
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal direction;
• Mindset: A problem-solver who figures things out and asks smart questions, communicates well across teams, spots what needs doing without being asked, and is comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities;
• Nice to have: budgeting or forecasting experience, dashboard building (Lightdash, Power BI, or similar), or exposure to billing systems or payment processing.

SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS

• Built and maintained the monthly cash flow and product margin reporting package;
• Completed the billing system review: documented what's broken, escalated fixes, and tracked progress;
• Learned our 5-entity structure and reporting flows;
• Worked on 2-3 ad-hoc projects assigned by the Finance Lead.
