Finance Business Partner

Job Description:

The Finance Business Partner (BP) serves as the primary finance partner for a strategic Mars Global Services (MGS) transformation program. This role partners closely with program leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial leadership, maintain the program business case, support investment decisions, and ensure delivery of program objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial management experience, including planning, forecasting, business partnering, and investment analysis.
• Experience supporting large-scale programs, transformation initiatives, or complex business projects.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate financial insights into business actions.
• Experience within Mars Global Services or strong knowledge of Mars organizational structures is a plus.
• Experience managing business cases, transformation funding, or strategic investment programs is preferred.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Business Case Management. Own and maintain the program business case, tracking costs, benefits, risks, and value realization against targets.
• Financial Planning & Reporting. Lead forecasting, planning, funding, and project reporting activities to support effective program execution.
• Performance Insights & Decision Support. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support investment decisions, resource allocation, and business performance.
• Stakeholder Partnership. Serve as a trusted advisor to program leaders, communicating financial results, risks, opportunities, and business impacts to key stakeholders.
• Governance & Continuous Improvement. Ensure financial compliance and controls while driving process improvements, digital solutions, and efficient management of program resources.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 108,160.00 - USD 148,720.00
