We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to help shape the financial performance of KFC's advertising, technology and digital investments.

Working closely with teams across Marketing, Digital, Technology and Finance, you'll turn numbers into meaningful insights, influence key investment decisions and help drive initiatives that make a real difference across our restaurant network.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS OUR FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER

• Act as the key finance business partner for KFC's advertising cooperative (ADCO) and technology investment activities
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting and financial reporting, including variance analysis and performance commentary
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities and recommended actions
• Manage advertising fund reporting, reconciliations, contributions and financial adjustments
• Provide commercial and financial support for technology and digital initiatives, including business cases, investment analysis and benefit tracking
• Analyse technology expenditure and investments across restaurant systems, kiosks, payment platforms and other digital initiatives
• Partner with Marketing, Digital and Technology teams to improve commercial outcomes and support informed decision-making
• Support cash flow planning, funding requirements, supplier payments and intercompany transactions
• Work closely with Financial Control and shared services teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Provide guidance and support to an Assistant Accountant, while improving financial controls, processes and ways of working

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You're a commercially savvy finance professional who loves getting into the detail, building strong relationships and turning complex numbers into practical business insights. You're comfortable balancing competing priorities and enjoy working with different teams to make things happen.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience across financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis or finance business partnering
• A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
• CA, CPA or CIMA qualified, or currently working towards a professional qualification
• Strong financial modelling, Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful commercial insights
• Confidence building relationships and influencing stakeholders across different teams and levels
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Experience in QSR, retail, FMCG or another fast-paced, consumer-focused business would be highly regarded
• Exposure to marketing budgets, technology investments, digital initiatives or shared service environments would be advantageous
• A proactive, curious and collaborative approach, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and find better ways of doing things
