Our client is a global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and design strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasizing long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges.

What You'll Do

• Review finance processes to identify inefficiencies, strengthen controls and drive continuous improvement.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective process solutions.
• Convert manual activities into standardised, repeatable and well-controlled processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate workflows using digital tools.
• Use Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath, Copilot or similar tools to enhance reporting and efficiency.
• Support the design, testing and implementation of sustainable change initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery, maintain documentation, support adoption and measure business benefits.

What You Bring

• Experience in finance change, finance operations or finance process improvement.
• Strong analytical and data skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Proven experience delivering change, process improvements or digital solutions.
• Knowledge of controls frameworks, governance, data integrity and regulatory reporting processes.
• Strong process mapping, documentation and change management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to gather and translate requirements.
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath or Python, with exposure to AI tools desirable.
