Role Description The Finance Consultant role is a remote, contract position responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to support HelixBridge’s strategic and operational decisions. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial data, developing financial models, and preparing reports that inform budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. The Finance Consultant will advise on financial planning for healthcare projects, assess the financial viability of new initiatives, and ensure accurate accounting practices in collaboration with internal and external partners. This role also involves consulting with leadership on financial risk, pricing structures, and funding strategies to support sustainable growth in cross-border healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, build models, and generate actionable insights.
• Consulting experience to advise stakeholders, present recommendations, and collaborate on implementation plans.
• Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working with startups or healthcare organizations, especially in cross-border or international contexts, is an advantage.
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools and spreadsheets, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
