SourceOne Global is seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Controller with an active CPA credential to lead our accounting function, oversee cash flow, and strengthen financial controls and reporting.
You’ll provide leadership with clear financial visibility while managing the full accounting cycle across our international operations, suppliers, inventory, and manufacturing assets.
Engagement
- Full-time, ongoing independent contractor engagement
- Fully remote — open to candidates worldwide

- Collaboration with teams in the U.S. and Philippines
What You’ll Do
- Oversee tax compliance, including tax filings, reporting requirements, and coordination with external tax advisers.
- Manage and execute wire transfers, ensuring accurate payment processing, proper authorization, and compliance with internal controls.
- Lead monthly close, reconciliations, and financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and payment planning.
- Oversee AP, AR, collections, and credit controls.
- Manage inventory accounting, including costing, landed costs, physical counts, and COGS.
- Oversee fixed assets, including molds, tooling, capitalization, and depreciation.
- Manage accounting workflows and reporting in NetSuite.
- Maintain financial controls and coordinate with banking, tax, audit, and compliance advisers.
- Prepare financial reports and communicate key results, risks, and insights to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Active CPA credential — required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong background in the field.
- Strong, hands-on NetSuite experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
- Proven experience in cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Significant inventory accounting experience in a product-based or manufacturing environment.
- Experience accounting for manufacturing assets, particularly molds or tooling with multiple payment stages.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently across time zones.
