Opportunity: We are looking for a Part-Time Finance Operations & Sales Support Associate to support our Sales team with day-to-day finance and operational activities during partial US working hours. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and comfortable working with customers and internal teams. Prior experience in finance operations is preferred. Key Responsibilities What you will do? Raise and manage customer invoices accurately and on time. Coordinate with vendors for onboarding and collect the required information/documents. Confirm and track customer payment receipts. Respond to and resolve customer queries related to invoices, payments, and receipts. Handle ad-hoc finance and operational queries from the Sales team. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve pending issues. Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending invoices, payments, or documentation. Support the Sales team with other finance-related operational tasks as required. Key Requirements What are we looking for? B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or a related qualification preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks. Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Must be available to work from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST.
