Broadridge is hiring! We're seeking a Finance Data Analyst – Data Analytics & Reporting to join our stellar team. You will have responsibility for designing and providing insightful reporting and analysis to different business partners and senior management spanning Broadridge’s finance organization. The role will be tasked with working with mass amounts of data which can be configured in different ways using tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx, and Snowflake. The Data Analyst will be part of a team reporting to the Finance Manager – Data Analytics & Reporting within the Global Revenue Controller’s organization and will also be involved with month/quarter-end close and reporting periods.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth data driven analysis across the whole Finance organization
  • Assist with month-end/quarter-end reporting tasks in the O2C organization including, but not limited to, assisting with the Credit Memo Reserve & Reporting process and reconciliations between systems to ensure data flow accuracy & integrity
  • Design reporting dashboards using PowerBI on an adhoc basis to satisfy the needs of various businesses and teams to drive key improvements for Broadridge & our clients.
  • Access mass amounts of data and convert to a format that is readily available to provide in-depth analysis for the Finance Organization surrounding Accounts Receivable metrics, Billing and Collections processes, Pricing data, etc.
  • Work closely with the data platform team to ensure that we have the appropriate data available to perform our tasks and provide strong analysis & accurate representations in our reporting dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or other applicable fields.
  • Experience working in a fluctuating environment where multiple projects must be handled at the same time
  • Experience working with tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools and programming languages (SQL)
  • Strong project management to drive data projects and provide timely and accurate results
  • Strong analytical skills with focus on trend analysis
  • Ability to configure mass amounts of data into structured reporting dashboards which are easily understood by end users and Senior Management
  • Technological mind with basic knowledge of PowerBI and ability to learn new analytical and workflow technologies (Alteryx, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Outstanding ability to digest reporting metrics and communicate the impact of them to senior management
  • Basic knowledge of general accounting principles & finance terminology

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $70,000- $75,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
