We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our APAC Finance team and play a vital role in delivering accurate, efficient Accounts Payable support. Your responsibilities will include: Processing supplier invoices accurately and on time Reviewing invoice coding, approvals and supporting documentation Managing vendor master data and supplier records Responding to supplier enquiries and resolving invoice-related issues Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies Supporting internal and external audits Maintaining compliance with finance policies and internal controls Providing general support across the Finance team as required What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You'll ideally have: A Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field from a recognised Malaysian University 2-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable or a finance operations environment A sound understanding of fundamental accounting principles Experience with ERP and workflow systems such as Medius, SAP, Oracle, Workday, AX or NetSuite (highly regarded) Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with finance systems, including General Ledger(GL) Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Our Values Everything we do is guided by our values: Be Committed – We are passionate about education and delivering exceptional outcomes.
