To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


Management Reporting & Presentations

  • Develop presentations, dashboards, and governance reports for management and leadership discussions.
  • Analyze information from multiple sources and synthesize insights into clear and actionable updates.

Risk & Controls Advisory

  • Support risk and controls assessments across business processes, transformation initiatives, and organizational changes.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis, issue remediation, and risk mitigation activities for identified control matters.

Remediation & Issue Management

  • Support tracking of remediation plans for control gaps and audit observations, including review of supporting documentation and closure evidence.
  • Prepare status updates, key insights, and management reports on remediation progress and related risks.

Transformation & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support governance, risk, and controls activities for business transformation, ERP implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing risks arising from process, system, and organizational changes.

Global Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with global process owners, finance teams, project teams, and assurance partners on controls and governance matters.
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions and support strategic and adhoc requests related to risk, controls, and transformation activities.

Eligibility

  • CA student eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI guidelines.
  • Strong academic performance
  • Articleship experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Statutory Audit, SOX, Process Consulting, or related areas preferred. Experience with a leading consulting, audit, or professional services firm is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

Mandatory

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving ability.
  • Understanding of risk, governance, and internal control concepts.
  • Ability to synthesize information and present insights clearly.

Preferred

  • Exposure to Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or SOX engagements.
  • Understanding of finance and business processes such as RTR, STP, OTC.
  • Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems.
