Finance Management Associate (Management Trainee Program)
We are looking for a highly analytical and numbers-driven professional to join our Finance Management Associate (Management Trainee) Program.This opportunity is ideal for experienced Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Financial Analysis professionals who are looking to accelerate their career growth and develop into future management leaders.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial data and business performance metrics
• Review financial reports, reconciliations, and operational controls
• Identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Prepare reports and insights for management decision-making
• Participate in process improvement and business optimization projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, FP&A, Financial Analysis, or related functions
• Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy when working with numbers
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interpret data and provide business recommendations
• Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take on broader responsibilities
