We are looking for a commercially driven, strategically thinking and experienced Finance Manager (d/f/m) to take over and support the department leader across multiple fronts.

As a Finance Manager, you will take a central role in most of the finance-related topics: from Strategic Finance / FP&A, to Tech/Automation implementation, and Operational Finance, with extensive Business Partnering. This is a unique opportunity to support in designing and building processes and standards from the ground up, driving innovation and efficiency at every step. You will have the authority to set best practices, introduce scalable solutions, and implement future-ready workflows that support our ambitious growth, in many cases starting from a clean slate.

Your Mission

  • Financial Planning & Analysis - Actuals: support in the implementation of a modern AI-native FP&A & KPI reporting system, and eventually be co-responsible for the Actuals reporting & variance analysis, including insights and proposals for corrective actions.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis - Forecasts: build the Financial Models / Projections on our FP&A platform. This includes provision of inputs across departments through regular and ad-hoc business partnering. The rolling forecast process will eventually be run by you.
  • ERP Implementation: Support the Modular ERP Adoption, and ensure financial considerations are also taken into account. Coordinate between teams and ensure API-readiness.
  • Governance Initiatives: Propose governance improvements, such as approval policies, T&E Guidelines, Supplier Contracting.
  • AP/AR Oversight: Support on accounts payable/receivable internally and externally. Evaluate what tasks can be fully internalised.
  • Payment / Invoice & Accrual Automation: Co-lead projects relating to full automation of internal finance tasks, as well as expense management tools / company credit cards etc.
  • Admin Support: Work closely with the business operations team, or other departments on ad-hoc projects; examples include public grants applications, bank account openings, simplified internal finance guides / explanatory documentation etc.

Your Skillset

  • 6+ years of experience in Finance, ideally in a high-growth fast paced environment
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field from a leading institution (Master’s degree and/or CFA preferred)
  • Proven track record of strategic financial thinking and autonomous working style
  • Experience with implementation of FP&A Systems / ERP Integrations and Financial Modelling will be highly valued for this role
  • Some work experience in both a start-up / scale-up environment and some experience from big corporate
  • Business proficiency (C2) in English; German (B1+)

Skills to Set You Apart

  • Experience in environments with concrete examples of having to “wear multiple hats”; ready to “get your hands dirty”
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes and its success factors
  • Initiatives relating to process automation through adoption of digital tools
  • Ownership and accountability for end-to-end finance processes and projects

This is probably not for you if

  • You do not have any kind of Business Background (studies or work experience)
  • You have no experience in implementing an FP&A Tool or an ERP system
  • You are uncomfortable working with ambiguity, rapid experimentation, and evolving priorities
  • You are not comfortable with a hyper-scale growth, intense environment where ownership is taken for granted

What You’ll Get

  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid model for real work-life balance
  • Generous vacation: 25–30 days depending on age
  • CHF 500 mobility credit for sustainable commuting
  • Bonus system & strong pension contributions
  • Tailored training & development opportunities
  • Relocation support for a smooth start
  • Discounts on health, mobility & entertainment
  • Team events and a flat hierarchy where your voice counts
  • A warm, international culture built on respect and collaboration
