The Opportunity
The Finance Manager - Commercial Advisory Services is responsible for providing investment decision support and leading the end to end business case development process across a wide range of major investments across the Group.
You will act as a strategic adviser, delivering feasibility analysis, scenario modelling, and provide recommendations on major investment decisions. Additionally, you will ensure pathways are established to drive accountability for benefit realisation relating to key strategic investments, enabling project teams to track and report investment performance as required.

What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end development of robust business case proposals, written packs, and financial models for consideration by Executive Forums and Senior Finance Leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key measures of success, financial outcomes, and benefit realization pathways across all project delivery stages.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations regarding broader capital management decisions and cumulative long-term investment impacts.
- Drive accountability across business units to establish clear tracking and reporting mechanisms for investment performance and benefits realization.
- Guide, coach, and develop a direct team of two financial professionals, fostering high performance and continuous professional growth.
- Partner with Finance and wider business stakeholders to streamline processes, introduce best-practice methodologies, and enhance ways of working.
- CPA or CA qualification with 7+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial finance, investment advisory, or corporate finance settings.
- Advanced financial modelling, data analysis, and valuation skills with practical experience assessing diverse and complex investment opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, storyboarding, and presentation capabilities tailored for senior management and executive audiences.
- Proven influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to partner effectively across cross-functional business units and project teams.
- Demonstrated experience in people management, including a passion for mentoring, coaching, and nurturing team talent.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking skills to handle complex financial assessments efficiently.
