Monday - Friday | Position Pay Range: Position Pay Range: $101,60 - $126,450

Summary/Objective
The Finance Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for leading the day to-day operation of the FP&A function by coordinating budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, enterprise performance management, and strategic analysis. This role serves as a player-coach, combining hands-on analytical responsibilities with leadership, process improvement, and business partnership to support executive decision making, acquisition integration, and enterprise value creation.
Essential Functions
1. Leads the annual budgeting process and coordinates rolling forecasts across assigned business units.
2. Owns financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for assigned operations and enterprise initiatives.
3. Develops and maintains complex financial models supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
4. Directs monthly financial reviews, variance analysis, and executive performance reporting.
5. Builds executive KPI dashboards and Enterprise Performance Reviews that translate financial and operational performance into actionable insights.
6. Partners with operational leaders to identify financial risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
7. Supports Integration Management Office (IMO) initiatives through financial analysis, value realization tracking, and executive reporting.
8. Reviews analyses prepared by FP&A staff and drives continuous improvement of FP&A processes, planning methodologies, and reporting standards.
9. Provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, prioritization, and technical guidance to FP&A team members.
10. Collaborates with Accounting, Operations, Development, and other departments to improve planning and financial visibility.
11. Prepares Board materials, executive presentations, and special projects as assigned.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications
Job Qualifications/Experience:
• Seven (7) or more years of progressive FP&A, Finance, or Accounting experience.
• Experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience developing executive-level financial reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Demonstrated business partnership with operational leadership.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with Planful, Sage Intacct, Tableau, or similar planning/reporting tools preferred.
Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
