We’re working with a fast-growing iGaming company, a fresh and dynamic startup, looking for an ambitious Finance Manager to join at an exciting stage of its growth.

This is much more than a traditional finance role. You’ll initially be hands-on, owning finance, accounting, cash flow, payments and reporting, while also becoming a key strategic partner to the CEO.

The role starts fully remote and will eventually move to a highly flexible hybrid setup. You’ll also play an important role in finding and establishing the company’s future office, giving you a genuine opportunity to shape how the business develops.

The Role

Own day-to-day finance, accounting, cash flow and payments.
Manage reporting, forecasting, AP/AR, payroll and financial records.
Work closely with banks, PSPs, auditors and other financial partners.
Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax and relevant gaming duties.
Support budgeting, financial planning and strategic decisions.
Build processes and gradually develop and manage the finance function as the company grows.
Be hands-on initially, with the opportunity to evolve into a broader leadership and strategic position.

What we're looking for

Strong experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Accountant.
Experience in iGaming, Fintech, Payments or another fast-paced international environment is highly desirable.
Strong accounting, cash management and reporting skills.
Comfortable working directly with banks, PSPs and external partners.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on and proactive, someone who wants to build rather than simply maintain.
