We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Operation Control Analyst to join our Finance Control team. This position will work on a mid-shift (11AM-8PM) from Monday to Friday on a hybrid work setup. This role is essential for strengthening our financial governance and operational efficiency.You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end reconciliation process, from daily high-volume transactions to periodic balance validations. You will work as a key partner to other analysts, ensuring data integrity, identifying discrepancies, and helping to resolve financial issues. This position is ideal for someone who excels at managing large datasets, thrives on accuracy, and wants to build a career in financial control. What you will be doing Daily Transaction Reconciliation: Perform high-volume daily reconciliation of transactions from various payment providers and internal systems. Assist in the initial investigation and flagging of transaction-level discrepancies and provider-related issues. Prepare and organize reconciliation data to support faster troubleshooting and resolutions Balance & Control Reconciliation: Support the preparation and consolidation of data for real balance calculations and validations. Assist in performing periodic reconciliations of provider balances against internal records. Ensure all data feeding into control reports is accurate and timely. Data Integrity & Analysis: Maintain meticulous and organized records of all reconciliation activities, findings, and resolutions. Assist the Financial Controller with ad-hoc financial analysis, data queries, and reporting. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless flow of information between the transactional and balance control functions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in a finance operations, accounting, or reconciliation role, preferably within a high-volume transaction environment. Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless commitment to accuracy. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) is essential. Demonstrated ability to work with and clean large, complex, or unstructured datasets. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple daily and monthly deadlines. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A strong capacity for self-learning and the ability to independently pick up new processes, tools, and systems. Preferred (Nice-to-Have): Experience in the fintech or payments industry. Familiarity with automated reconciliation tools, SQL and Looker.
