Finance Operations Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to support recurring administrative and systems-based work across Finance and Operations. This offshore role will own weekly master data setup for new clients and projects across our core systems, and will provide payroll administration support to our VP, Controller. The scope of this role is expected to grow as we identify additional recurring tasks that can be shifted from more expensive local resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weekly Master Data setup for new clients and projects across Workbook, Guidelines, Teamwork, and Vena

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems during setup and maintenance

• Support payroll administration by preparing required paperwork for each bi-weekly payroll cycle for review and processing by the VP, Controller

• Flag data inconsistencies or errors for resolution

• Partner with Finance and Operations stakeholders to ensure recurring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule

• Document standard processes and procedures for assigned recurring tasks

• Take on additional finance/operations administrative responsibilities as the role develops

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance/operations administration or a related support role

• Experience with system data entry or master data management a plus

• Familiarity with Workbook, Teamwork, Vena, or similar platforms a plus

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to reliably manage recurring weekly and bi-weekly deadlines

• High attention to detail

• Strong written English communication skills

• Self-starter, able to work independently and reliably in a remote, offshore capacity
