The Finance Rotation Program Associate is an early-career development role designed to build broad financial, operational, and business acumen through a series of structured assignments across the Finance organization. Participants will complete rotations in key areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), accounting, reporting, internal audit, and/or corporate treasury. Through meaningful project work, formal development, mentorship, and exposure to business leaders, the Associate will develop the technical, analytical, and leadership capabilities needed for a successful long-term career in Finance. At the successful completion of the program, the Associate will transition into a full-time Finance role based on business needs, individual performance, and career interests. What You Will Do Complete three one-year planned Finance rotations across corporate, segment, and/or operating company finance teams. Adapt quickly to new business environments, teams, systems, and financial processes during each rotation. Build an understanding of the company’s operating model, strategic priorities, financial controls, and performance drivers. Participate in a final placement process at the completion of the program. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews. Analyze revenue, margin, labor, backlog, working capital, cash flow, and other business performance indicators. Prepare clear, accurate, and timely financial analyses, presentations, dashboards, and management reporting. Partner with operational and functional leaders to identify trends, assess financial risks and opportunities, and support data-informed business decisions. Support business cases, capital requests, strategic initiatives, acquisitions/integration activities, or process-improvement efforts as assigned. Support month-end close processes, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation, as applicable to the assigned rotation. Help ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and prepared in accordance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting requirements. Participate in internal and external audit support activities as needed. Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, consistency, and control environment of financial processes. Actively participate in program training, leadership development, mentoring, networking, and career-development activities. Take ownership of assigned deliverables and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, accountability, and a continuous-improvement mindset. Build strong relationships with Finance colleagues and cross-functional partners across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Zero to two years of relevant internship, co-op, or professional experience in finance, accounting, consulting, business analytics, or related areas. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and interpret complex data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to develop clear financial analyses and executive-ready presentations. Efficient written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. High degree of integrity and discretion when working with confidential financial and business information. Interest in building a long-term Finance career through rotational learning, business exposure, and leadership development. Curiosity, initiative, accountability, and a continuous-improvement mindset. Willingness and ability to relocate and/or travel for rotational assignments, if required. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on individual and company performance.
