  • Apply working knowledge of India statutory compliance (ROC, GST, TDS, FEMA, PF, PT) to support India finance operations as needed.
  • Record and manage transactions in NetSuite, review expenses and receipts in Ramp, support payroll inputs and reports in Rippling, and update equity and cap-table records in Carta.
  • Maintain process documentation, close checklists, and shared trackers to support continuity across both entities.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements and follow established internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, CA Inter, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 5+ years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on US accounting.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP for close, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, PT, ROC).
  • Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP (QuickBooks, Xero); exposure to Ramp or similar expense-management tools; familiarity with US payroll on Rippling or similar platforms; exposure to Carta is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with US-based stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Comfort collaborating across teams and time zones
