We are looking for a Finance Specialist / Controller to join our fast-growing team at One Click LCA, a global SaaS company on a mission to decarbonise the construction industry. If you are a finance professional seeking to make a real impact on a zero-carbon future, this could be your next opportunity.
One Click LCA is the construction industry’s leading digital platform for Life Cycle Assessment for buildings, infrastructure, and manufacturing. As a fast-growing, well-funded, and profitable B2B SaaS business, our solutions are used in over 170 countries, across +50,000 global construction projects, with +300,000 certified construction data points, and trusted by the biggest names in construction and manufacturing.
Here you will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly, and international work environment, with a great deal of autonomy in your role.
This full-time, permanent position is open to candidates based in Helsinki or Stockholm.
What you will do:
Order management and revenue leakage control
Review and validate every closed-won deal so it turns into a correct invoice and cash. Run a clear validation gate with an agreed turnaround (1–2 business days).
Make sure every new deal, renewal, upsell, downsell and cancellation is booked correctly, so ARR movements reflect what really happened. Control up front, so we don't need to reconcile after the fact.
Reconcile contracts, CRM opportunities and invoices regularly to catch anything signed but not billed, under-billed or billed wrongly – and fix it.
Track uplifts, renewals and price changes all the way to the invoice.
Keep contract data clean in the ERP system so revenue is recognised correctly.
Collections and overdue management
Automate and streamline the overdue process end-to-end: reminders, customer follow-ups, payment plans and escalations.
Apply our credit and collection policy consistently, including service suspension and handover to debt collection, when needed.
Hold account managers and business developers to their part of the collection follow-up, and escalate when agreed-upon steps are not taken.
Analyse collected vs overdue and aged receivables every month, and act on what you find.
Others
Work with Sales Ops, CS Ops, FP&A and BI to keep contract and opportunity data in Salesforce accurate and complete, so ARR, forecasts and KPIs are built on numbers everyone trusts.
Document and improve our order-to-cash processes, policies and controls.
What you bring:
Hands-on experience with the order-to-cash process.
Strong numerical skills and an eye for detail.
Strong communication skills and experience driving work across departments.
Fluency in English, as it is our working language. Finnish or Swedish language skills are considered a plus.
Experience from a B2B SaaS company is considered a plus.
What we offer:
Work in a growing business that helps bring about a zero-carbon future.
Fulfilling, meaningful work at a successful, stable and fast-growing business.
Substantial freedom, with no fixed hours and remote working.
Challenges, substantial responsibility and the chance to see the results of your work directly.
Competitive compensation and opportunity for professional development.
A dynamic, friendly, motivated and diverse team of top-notch professionals.
Great colleagues, social events and ability to contribute to market transformation.
