Benefits: Competitive salary Location Remote Experience Level Mid–Senior Level (5 or more years of experience) Role Overview The Finance Systems Administrator serves as a key member of the Finance Operations team responsible for supporting, administering, and optimizing the financial systems ecosystem. This techno-functional role provides day-to-day administration for core finance applications, supporting end users, managing security and access governance, assisting with reporting needs, and troubleshooting system integrations. The administrator supports a multi-technology landscape across global operations including Sage Intacct, Planful, Concur, Delinea Fastpath, Salesforce, ADP, Microsoft Fabric, and banking platforms. Key Responsibilities Application Administration & User Support • Serve as the primary day-to-day administrator for financial applications, ERP platforms, and related technologies. • Provide first-level user support, issue triage, troubleshooting, and training, coordinating escalated issues with IT and software vendors. • Administer user access, security roles, permissions, master data, workflows, and system configurations in compliance with access governance standards. • Perform routine system maintenance, metadata updates, table maintenance, and periodic security audits across global environments (US, Singapore, UAE). Integrations, Interfaces, & Data Flow Support • Monitor and troubleshoot application integrations, automated data feeds, APIs, SFTP connections, and middleware solutions. • Partner with Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to investigate and resolve application defects, integration failures, and data quality issues. • Support new system implementations, platform upgrades, feature enhancements, UAT testing, and production deployments. Reporting, Compliance, & Process Improvement • Assist business users with report development, maintenance, data validation, and operational reporting requests. • Document system configurations, business workflows, internal controls, standard operating procedures, and training runbooks. • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall finance technology ecosystem. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5 or more years of experience supporting financial systems, business applications, ERP platforms, or enterprise software solutions. • Experience administering at least one major ERP or financial management platform (such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday Financials). • Strong techno-functional understanding of core accounting, accounts payable, budgeting, planning, payroll, or treasury workflows. • Experience supporting application integrations and common connectivity methods (APIs, SFTP, middleware platforms, automated data feeds). • Experience with user security administration, role management, and access governance frameworks. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes across software systems and business processes. Preferred Qualifications • Direct administration experience with Sage Intacct. • Experience supporting enterprise tools such as Concur, Planful, Delinea Fastpath, Salesforce, ADP, Microsoft Fabric, or Legal Tracker. • Experience supporting global organizations with multi-entity or multi-currency operations across international jurisdictions. • Experience participating in finance transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, or system upgrades. • Basic SQL skills, reporting development, or data analysis capabilities. • Prior experience within family office, investment management, private equity, wealth management, or complex financial services environments. • Exposure to leveraging automation or AI-enabled solutions to improve finance operations productivity.
