Finance Transformation & ERP Manager

Hatzi Filax Group, on behalf of its client, is looking for a Finance Transformation & ERP Manager to join their team. The position will report to the CFO and we are looking for someone who can own the Finance workstream of a major ERP implementation end-to-end, acting as the main interface between the local business, Group Finance, IT, and the implementation partner. The position's main mandate is to own the Finance workstream of the ERP implementation and act as the main interface between the local business, Group Finance, IT, and the implementation partner. Indicative Responsibilities Lead all Finance-related ERP activities Coordinate with Group ERP and Finance teams Document and redesign Finance processes Manage Finance testing (SIT/UAT) Define reporting requirements Ensure compliance with local GAAP, tax, and Group policies Coordinate cut-over and go-live activities Drive post-implementation stabilization Key Areas General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Treasury Management Reporting Consolidation Reporting The ideal candidate would possess: 8–12 years of Finance experience Previous ERP implementation experience Strong project management skills IFRS and Group reporting knowledge Excellent stakeholder management Nice to have Experience in the insurance or financial services sector Exposure to large-scale, multi-country ERP rollouts (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) Experience managing external implementation partners/consultants Attractive compensation & benefits package Continuous training and professional development Opportunities for career growth and advancement Modern, pleasant and dynamic working environment Coverage under group health insurance plan
