About the Internship
Join our Finance Technology Enablement Consulting team for 10 weeks of hands-on learning, professional development, and client exposure. You’ll build a foundation in enterprise technologies like OneStream and Oracle EPM, while learning the art of consulting—problem-solving, storytelling, and working side-by-side with clients on meaningful projects.
We’re looking for curious, motivated students with a passion for finance, technology, and helping organizations solve complex problems. If that’s you, this program is designed to give you a front-row seat to a consulting career.
What You'll Do
- Participate in client and internal project meetings with senior consultants and business leaders.
- Assist with key phases of the project life cycle—from requirements gathering through solution delivery.
- Learn how consultants approach real-world business challenges and craft innovative solutions.
- Gain exposure and training to EPM technologies (OneStream, Oracle EPM Cloud, etc.) that shape the future of corporate finance.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, with the chance to see your work applied to live projects.
- Create and deliver a capstone presentation to firm leadership at the end of your internship.
What We're Looking For
- Projected 2028 OR fall 2027 graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong interest in both finance and technology, with a desire to explore consulting as a career.
- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and communicate insights.
- Team-oriented mindset, leadership potential, and excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; exposure to ERP, SQL, or reporting tools is a plus.
- Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.
- Willingness to travel if needed.
