Financial Accountant

Background

An established international business is looking to hire a Financial Accountant to join its Dublin finance team. This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified ACA coming from a Big 4 background to move into a commercially focused industry role with strong exposure across financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own key month-end, year-end and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare accounts, journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyse variances and support inventory and cost accounting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Support audits and improve financial controls and processes.

Requirements

• Recently qualified ACA with Big 4 experience.
• Strong financial accounting and month-end experience.
• Excellent analytical, Excel and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a practical, deadline-focused approach.
