The opportunity
Reporting within the finance leadership team, the Financial Accountant will deliver accurate reporting, statutory compliance, treasury support and strong financial controls across a complex, multi-entity aged care organisation.
You will also contribute to business integrations, systems improvement and the development of a scalable in-house finance function.

The opportunity
Reporting within the finance leadership team, the Financial Accountant will deliver accurate reporting, statutory compliance, treasury support and strong financial controls across a complex, multi-entity aged care organisation.
You will also contribute to business integrations, systems improvement and the development of a scalable in-house finance function.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, general ledger reconciliations, management reports and board reporting support.
- Managing statutory and tax obligations, coordinating audit requirements and maintaining robust accounting policies and controls.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, banking and fixed asset accounting across the group.
- Assisting with acquisitions, data migration, entity onboarding and improvements to finance systems, automation and reporting integrity.
You will bring:
- A degree in accounting or a related discipline, with CA or CPA qualification.
- Financial accounting experience in aged care, healthcare, NDIS, community services or another regulated environment.
- Knowledge of government-funded program reporting, accounting standards and complex or multi-entity structures.
- Strong reconciliation, analytical and problem-solving capability, with a reliable and deadline-focused approach.
- Experience with Care Systems, aged care funding, data migration or business integration will be highly regarded.
- A fully remote role within a growing national aged care alliance.
- Broad scope across financial reporting, compliance, treasury, controls and integration.
