What You’ll Do

  • Analyze monthly P&L results against budget and forecast, identifying key variances, trends, and financial risks.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand spend, investigate variances, and provide financial insights.
  • Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting by gathering assumptions, challenging changes, and identifying potential risks.
  • Prepare and post month-end adjustments, including accruals, and complete GL and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports and commentary for Business Partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and follow up on financial risks and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support tax-related analysis and other finance activities as required.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.


Key Criteria

  • At least 3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence to ask questions, clarify information, and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, presentation skill with the ability to interpret P&L and balance sheet data and identify risks or variances.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • CPA/CA qualification or currently studying towards CPA/CA is preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills and working with large datasets.
  • Experience with SAP, SQL, VBA/macros, or AI/Copilot is a plus.
  • Australian business or senior stakeholder exposure is advantageous.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6 AM - 3 PM (PHT) fully onsite during the probation period, with a hybrid setup (1 days onsite, 4 days remote) after probation
  • Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City): fully remote
