Financial Accountant

We have an opening for a Financial Accountant who will be working as a key member of our dynamic Asia & Türkiye Region Finance Team, acting as a trusted business partner for local management while collaborating closely with regional and centralized finance teams.

Your main tasks include:

• Managing Invoice-to-Pay processes, vendor payments and ensuring efficient operation of Rillion. Acting as the key Rillion user, including user administration, master data maintenance, user support and training.
• Following up invoice approval workflows and proactively reminding stakeholders to ensure timely processing. Coordinating with vendors, accounting agencies and internal stakeholders regarding invoice-related matters.
• Supporting month-end, tertial and year-end closing activities in cooperation with accounting agencies and centralized finance teams.
• Performing vendor, expense, credit card and AR/AP reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with accounting, legal and tax requirements, including accrual follow-up for missing invoices and maintaining accurate financial documentation.
• Participating in finance development projects, process improvements and other ad-hoc assignments.

This will be achieved through providing accurate financial information, supporting business decision-making, driving process improvements, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and sustainable growth.

You will succeed in this role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations or financial reporting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, invoicing processes and Turkish Tax Procedure Law (VUK).
• Advanced Excel skills and good command of MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems; Rillion experience is considered an advantage.
• Sufficient English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
