Financial Accountant | 12-Month FTC | Chester (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Financial Accountant to join the Finance team at Forge Holiday Group on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The essentials:

• 💰 £37,000 - £52,000 DOE
• 📍 Chester HQ (Hybrid - minimum 2 days in the office)
• 📄 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
• 🕒 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

What you'll be doing:

• ✔ Owning financial reporting for business divisions, brands and cost centres
• ✔ Preparing month-end, year-end and statutory accounts
• ✔ Supporting audits, acquisitions and business integrations
• ✔ Providing financial insight and analysis to support decision-making
• ✔ Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency across the finance function

What we're looking for:

• ✅ ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or actively studying)
• ✅ Experience preparing statutory accounts and financial reporting
• ✅ Strong knowledge of FRS101/IFRS standards
• ✅ Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
• ✅ Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across the business
