Financial Accountant | MedTech Industry Bern Region | Hybrid Are you an experienced Finance professional looking to join an innovative company where your work contributes to products that make a real difference? Our client is a growing international MedTech organisation that develops cutting-edge healthcare solutions used by patients and healthcare professionals worldwide. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Finance team with an experienced Financial Accountant. What You will Be Doing Managing day-to-day financial accounting activities Maintaining accurate financial records across multiple accounting areas Processing and reviewing financial transactions Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities Preparing VAT and tax-related filings Assisting with statutory reporting and compliance requirements Supporting finance process improvement initiatives Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency Contributing to ongoing ERP and finance system enhancements What Weare Looking For At least 3 years of experience in Financial Accounting Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Experience working within a structured corporate environment Good knowledge of SAP Finance (SAP FI required) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proactive, organised and solution-oriented mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues German B2 level or higher required and good English communication skills What's On Offer Opportunity to work within the highly innovative MedTech sector Flexible hybrid working model Long-term career development opportunities Collaborative and international working environment Exposure to exciting transformation and process improvement projects Modern workplace with a strong focus on innovation
