Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Advisor at Manulife Philippines. The Financial Advisor will provide clients with comprehensive financial guidance, including assessing financial goals, recommending suitable products, and building personalized financial plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, reviewing existing policies and portfolios, and proposing strategies for savings, protection, investments, and retirement planning. The role involves maintaining regular communication with clients, preparing financial projections and reports, and staying informed about market trends, regulatory updates, and Manulife’s product offerings. The Financial Advisor will also collaborate with internal teams and leverage digital tools to deliver high-quality, compliant advisory services.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Advisory, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, including developing tailored strategies aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.
• Knowledge of Investments and investment products, with skills in portfolio review, diversification, and long-term wealth-building guidance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused mindset and ethical approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and utilize digital platforms for client engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., financial planning or advisory credentials) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management in the Philippine market is beneficial.
