Role Description This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Shah Alam with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial situations, clarify goals, and develop tailored financial plans covering savings, investments, risk management, and retirement strategies. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, recommending appropriate financial products and services, and monitoring client portfolios to suggest adjustments when needed. The role also involves preparing clear proposals and reports, conducting regular review meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with regulatory and company standards. The Financial Advisor will collaborate with internal teams, participate in training sessions, and stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to support high-quality advice.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess client needs and design comprehensive financial strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Investments to analyze markets, evaluate products, and manage diversified portfolios.
- Candidates should possess skills in Retirement Planning to create sustainable long-term income and savings plans for clients.
- Relevant academic background in finance, economics, business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills, with a client-focused approach.
