WHAT YOU’LL DO: Role: We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset. This role will report to the CFO and will be integral to driving strategic financial initiatives that support our company’s growth and success. Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. Develop financial models and perform forecasting and budgeting activities. Prepare financial reports and presentations for management. Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans. Develop and maintain financial metrics, KPIs, and dashboards. Continuously improve processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting. Communicate financial results to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. WHO YOU ARE: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets. Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: CPA or CFA certification is a plus Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. WHY COOLIT?
