Reporting directly to the Global Head of Strategy based in our Portugal office you will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio of businesses and investments. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with 3–5 years of experience who is looking to combine financial analysis, corporate strategy, business performance management, and complex group structure oversight within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and capital allocation initiatives. Analyse and monitor the performance of multiple subsidiaries and business units across the group. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning processes at a consolidated group level. Evaluate growth opportunities, acquisitions, divestments, and corporate restructuring initiatives. Prepare Board, Executive Committee, and shareholder presentations, delivering clear insights and recommendations. Partner with senior management to identify value creation opportunities across the portfolio. Support reviews of legal entity structures, intercompany financing arrangements, and group capital structures. Perform scenario analysis and strategic assessments to support key business decisions. Assist with fund raising, debt financing, and treasury-related strategic initiatives when required. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in a Corporate Finance or Corporate Development area with strong FP&A background. Strong financial modelling and valuation skills - especially with some APAC experience will put you at the front of the candidate queue. Solid understanding of consolidated financial statements Experience analysing multi-entity or international group structures is highly desirable. Experience of working highly regulated industries a distinct advantage. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
