Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support the 4CE Controlling Team (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia) dedicated to the Consumer Business area. Managing financial processes related to rebates and promotions. Participating in month-end closing (MEC) activities and financial reconciliations. Monitoring and controlling provisions and accruals. Preparing financial analyses and management reports. Supporting the Sales team with financial analysis, interpretation of business results, and ongoing financial communication. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role. Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken. University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Ability to communicate accounting-related topics; basic accounting knowledge is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High level of precision, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively manage priorities and deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proactive attitude, commitment, and collaborative approach to work.
