What you will be doing:

• Execute comprehensive financial analysis to guide high-level strategic business decisions
• Develop and deliver highly detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and revenue forecasts
• Scrutinize banking and financial data to uncover market trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities
• Lead and support critical budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, translating raw financial data into clear, actionable business strategies
• Guarantee total accuracy, regulatory compliance, and completeness across all internal financial reporting
• Deliver compelling presentations of financial findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and executive leadership teams to align financial goals

What you need to succeed:

• Must have 7+ years of proven professional experience as a Financial Analyst or in a high-level finance role
• Must have direct experience working within the banking sector (non-negotiable)
• Must possess advanced, expert-level proficiency in Excel and building complex financial models
• Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal) to confidently present to US-based stakeholders
• A sharp analytical mind with exceptional problem-solving skills and a relentless attention to detail
• The unique ability to distill complex financial data into clear, digestible insights for non-financial leaders
• Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
