We are looking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level OTC Analyst to join our dynamic Order to Cash (OTC) team. This role will support the order-to-cash process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer Billing and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in learning finance and accounting processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders/billing documents in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Generate and review customer invoices for correctness, ensuring alignment with contracts and agreements. Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments to ensure timely collections. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices, payments, or orders. Collaborate with the customer service and finance teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth order processing. Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions and communications with customers. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders. Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in the OTC process. Perform other duties as assigned by the OTC manager. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems. This position is classified as: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree. Limited to some knowledge of RTX organization. Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience. Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
