About This Role

We are seeking a driven and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will serve as a key business partner to leaders across Sales, Operations, Services, and R&D, providing financial insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. You will play an integral role in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-growing and dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Services, R&D) to provide actionable financial analysis and business insights
  • Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives
  • Generate monthly reporting packages for the business lines, including variance/trend analysis and performance tracking against targets and KPIs. Including: delta pricing analysis, customer/product mix variation analysis, manufacturing cost deviation analytics
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
  • Drive financial process improvements and support digital finance transformation initiatives

Essential Qualifications, Experience, And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or business partnering, preferably within industrial, energy, or high-tech sectors
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear and impactful insights for business partners
  • Understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
